Shotokan Karate at Fitness Factory

The Fitness Factory’s karate program is multi-dimensional in that it’s designed to teach individuals regardless of age or gender empty hand self-defense in a safe environment. We place a strong emphasis on respect and self-control, values found in traditional Asian martial arts. Participants will face both physical and mental challenges, but in the process will become better human beings. Shotokan karate training will make you physically fit, kinder, more patient; while at the same time you will have fun and challenging opportunity to learn empty hand self-defense.

Monthly fee for karate is $45 for a single person, and $65 for a family. Classes start July 6th.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays at 7:00pm
  • Saturdays 11:00am-11:30am for kids
  • Saturdays 11:30am-12:15pm for adults
