2020 Factory Classes

Cardio Challenge: Time to get the heart rate up with a variety of cardio guaranteed to challenge!

Cycle Plus: Traditional group cycling class with an added section for arms (sometimes added in during the cycling portion)!! A new spin on an old favorite!

Leg Day: 45 minutes of strength training focused on legs, in the weight room with a personal training atmosphere!!

Yoga GO: a 45-minute class utilizing the group cycling bikes and yoga mats. This instructor-led class will push your heart rate levels up, burn your legs out, and make you sweat with an end bonus of 15 minutes of yoga and core at the end! A guaranteed winner of a class!

Pups Fundraiser Results

Thank you to all who participated and donated to our Push ups for Pups fundraiser!!

Our own urban legend Darlene did over 7,000 push ups in two weeks and won that contest hands down!

Gabe Hutchinson won our second push contest by completing 100 push ups without stopping (with a clap at the end of his last push up).

We raised over $200 with several donations of items for the Mastiff rescue thank you again for all of your kindness,
