Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance/fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! Zumba integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning.
Classes are Wednesdays 6:15-7:00pm, Thursdays 6:30-7:15pm and Saturdays 10:15-11:00am.
