Make a healthy eating change for your whole family. Are you trying to watch what you eat and cooking two different meals a night (one for you and one for your family)? Why isn't your whole family eating better? Prepare your meals with lots of fruits and vegetables. Make your children drink milk instead of soda. Choose whole grain bread and brown rice for your starches. Chicken and fish are great sources of protein. If you don't buy junk, no one can eat it! |
