Fitness Factory Members: Fall into fitness with our Autumn Fitness Challenge!
During the fall we want to encourage you to experience all the new additions to Fitness Factory!! Rules of the Autumn Fitness Challenge: - Grab a workout log from the front desk and keep track of your workouts.
- Exercise a minimum of 3X a week.
- Try at least one group exercise class a week.
- Give yourself a goal (ex. lose 5 lbs, add 20 lbs to your bench) and work to achieve it!!
At the end of the challenge, those that accomplished their goal will be in the running for a gift certificate for a full body massage from IN BALANCE PILATES, MASSAGE, and MORE!! Everyone will win something!! Contest begins September 8th, and goes through November 30th, 2008.
