Bonnie has been teaching yoga for over 25 years. Yoga is a union between body, mind, and spirit. It is an ancient Indian art used as a discipline to better oneself physically, mentally, and spiritually. It is not a religion. Yoga affects all the bodily functions: circulation, elimination, digestion and the endocrine and nervous system. Yoga increases the blood flow, bringing nutrients and oxygen to every cell in the body. It helps you to think more clearly, sleep better, and even utilize your food better. Yoga helps combat stress both physically and mentally.
Starting August 26th, classes meet Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30pm and the course is 12 weeks long. Cost is $9.00 per class or discounted $96.00 if paying for all 12 weeks on first night of class.
