Ladies Night

Come and enjoy a night of light refreshments, wine tasting, a self defense demo by the National Range and Armory, door prizes, and much more! Megan Kurtz will be sharing her Limelife makeup and skin care. Elite Feet will be here for any running needs. Jacqueline Hohl will be here with essential oils, ready to answer any questions. Andrea Sapiente will have LipSense to sample. Holly Bower from Retro Styles on the BLVD, and Prestige esthetics will be here. Check back as our list keeps growing.

If you are interested in trying to lose weight, try to burn a certain number of calories each week. f you are able to only do cardiovascular exercise 2 times a week, work hard to try to burn 300 calories per workout. If you are able to make it in more times per week, you can drop your calories back a little. 3500 calories equals 1 pound of fat. In combination with a healthy diet, you can try to lose weight the healthy way, 1-2 pounds a week.
