Having a hard time getting in the gym? Set yourself some realistic goals. It's not always easy to make time to exercise. Your own health and mental well-being is important, so you must make time to work out. Make a time commitment to exercise minimally 2 times a week. If you can't make it in any more than that, 2 times a week is at least a start.
