New Classes at Fitness Factory PDF Print E-mail

YogaDue to popular demand, we are again offering our Friday morning Yoga class!! Starting January 20th, Yoga Flow is offered at 10:30am! 

We are also offering, beginning February 1st, Silver and Fit Group Exercise!!  Classes are offered Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15-10:00am and participants can be seated or stand if able.
