Feeling like you're in a fitness rut? Our fit camp is a brief look into your lifestyle, your needs, and your goals, and what we can do to help get you on the right track!!
This camp will involve exercise, fitness tips, ideas on ways to incorporate easy workouts into your hectic lifestyle, debunking fitness myths, and nutrition tips!! We will work on methods to de-stress yourself while revving up your metabolism!!

If you are interested in trying to lose weight, try to burn a certain number of calories each week. f you are able to only do cardiovascular exercise 2 times a week, work hard to try to burn 300 calories per workout. If you are able to make it in more times per week, you can drop your calories back a little. 3500 calories equals 1 pound of fat. In combination with a healthy diet, you can try to lose weight the healthy way, 1-2 pounds a week. |
