Attention Members: Beginning October 12th, we will be offering a six-week weight loss class: Flab to Fab!!
This intensive class will meet five days a week and build one week off the other!!
- Mondays, 6:15-7:00pm: Cardio circuit and motivation
- Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15-7:00pm: Weight training and accountability
- Wednesdays, 6:15-7:00pm: Group cycling and nutrition
- Saturdays, 11:00-11:45am: Group cycling and wrap up
Class is Limited to ten participants so sign up early!!
- Fitness Factory Member rate: $240 for the session
- Non-member rate: $320
Class members will take measurements at beginning of the six weeks and at the end we will give participants the results. It takes six weeks to make a habit; let's make fitness a habit together!!

Are supplements important? The word supplements means "in addition to." What you should try to do is eat a well balanced diet. If you diet is lacking in anything, add a supplement to complete your diet. Adding a protein supplement may help if you are trying to increase your muscle mass. A multivitamin is important if you are not fulfilling your daily requirement. |
