unbromated unbleached flour
1/4 tsp
salt

1/4 cup
soy sauce
1/4 cup
Splenda

sesame oil

sesame seeds, toasted

Description
Chicken recipe that can be served with vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
Instructions
Cut chicken breasts into strips and coat with flour salt mixture. Coat a wok or large skillet with non stick spray and cook chicken on medium setting till no longer pink. Transfer to a plate. In same pan, combine soy sauce and splenda and heat until splenda dissolves. Stir in oil and sesame seeds then add the chicken until heated through.
Notes
To make a complete meal, add 3-4 cups chopped vegetables to soy sauce mixture for 3-4 minutes before adding chicken back. If you want to, serve over top of brown rice to add complex carbohydrates to your meal.
