Description
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
1 cut up banana
1 tsp splenda
Mix together and enjoy!!
1 T. natural peanut butter
1 medium sized apple sliced
1 serving of string cheese
1 oz of lunch meat with spicy mustard
Wrap the lunch meat with mustard around the cheese and eat!
1 oz shredded chicken
1 small apple diced
2 stalks celery
1 tsp low-fat mayo
Mix together and eat (mini Waldorf salad).
3 plain rice cakes
1 T almond butter
1/3 cup peanuts
1/2 cup raisins or dried cranberries
Mix together for a power-packed trail mix!!
Notes
All of these choices are around 200 calories, have a balance of carbs, protein, and fat, and are very satisfying if you are counting calories!!
