Egg Noodles with Mushroom Sauce

12 ounces
diced mushrooms
8 ounces
dried no yolk egg noodles
1 can
reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup
super skim milk
1 T
minced garlic

Description
This easy recipe makes a great side for any meal.
Instructions
Cook noodles according to package, and set aside. Mix mushrooms, soup, milk, and garlic together and heat through. Mix with noodles, and serve immediately. Pasta is not your enemy, and low carbohydrate meals don't help re-energize the body and the mind.
Notes
Be mindful of your portions and you shouldn't have any problem adding pasta to your diet!!
