Ingredients  
  • 8-10 Chocolate wafer cookies, crushed for crust
  • 1/2 cup Smart Balance peanut butter
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese
  • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1 cup frozen light whipped topping

Description  This recipe is obviously for a cheat day, but by reducing calories of crust and cream cheeses, it's a nice addition to a family get together!!
Instructions  Coat pie plate with non-stick spray. Lightly spread cookie crumbs over the bottom of plate. In a separate bowl, beat together peanut butter and cream cheeses until smooth with an electric beater. Gradually add in the sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Fold in whipped topping and spoon into pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for several hours.
