  • 2/3 cup Splenda
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups super skim milk
  • 3 T cornstarch
  • 1 ounce bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Description  This is a great way to get more calcium into your kids' diets!!
Instructions  In a saucepan, whisk together Splenda, cocoa, and cornstarch until there are no lumps and gradually stir in the milk over medium heat, just until bubbly and thick. Remove from the heat. Stir in the bittersweet chocolate and vanilla and cook for one minute. Pour into four cups or bowls and cover with plastic wrap and chill for three hours before serving.
