Description
Apples and cinnamon.
Instructions
Core and dice up 6 larger apples (Cortland and Gala apples work well) and place them on a sprayed baking pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix 1 tablespoon of cinnamon with 1/2 cup Splenda. Spray apples with spray butter and coat with the cinnamon/Splenda mixture. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Notes
Basically you are just eating apples because the Splenda and spray butter have nominal calories. Apples are high in fiber and are filling!!
