Open Faced Apple and Ham Melts

Dijon mustard
8 thin slices
low-fat ham

apple, peeled and cored and sliced into 8 rings
4 slices
reduced-fat Swiss cheese cut in half

Healthy and quick meal!
Instructions
Turn oven onto broil. Arrange the muffin halves, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Broil muffins for one minute until slightly brown. Remove from oven, spread mustard on the muffin halves, and top with 1 slice ham. Place an apple ring on each muffin and top with cheese. Broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
