Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients
4
egg whites
1 cup
no sugar added apple sauce
1 1/2 tsp
vanilla
4 cups
unbleached, unbromated flour
1 1/3 cups
Splenda
1 tsp
baking soda
1/2 tsp
salt
3
ripe bananas, sliced
8 oz.
pineapple, crushed
walnuts, diced (optional)

Served hot, it's a great snack!!
Instructions
Combine dry ingredients and place in a bowl. Mix egg whites, applesauce, and vanilla with beater until blended. In small increments, add dry mixture while beating. When done, add sliced bananas, mix, add pineapple, mix and add walnuts last, if desired. Place in 2 greased loaf pans and bake at 350° for one hour.
Notes
Full of vitamins and no unnatural ingredients, you will love it!! It's also a great way to get rid of ripe bananas!!
