Description
This is a very well-balanced meal with carbohydrates, tons of protein, and vitamins!!
Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Cook your scallops on a low heat separately until just cooked through (if you cook them too long they get rubbery). Meanwhile, saute shrimp (you can cut it up or leave it whole), crab meat, oil, and garlic in pan and heat on lower heat. When pasta is done, add shrimp and crab meat to the pasta and continue to cook on low heat. Add scallops and Parmesan cheese last and serve!!
Notes
If you would like to, add diced carrots, celery, and peppers to add vitamins and crunchiness to your dish!! Your kids will like it as well!!
