Description  If you are an evening snacker like I am, you could sit an eat an entire container of Planters peanuts without batting an eyelash. I have a lower calorie alternative for you to try.
Instructions  Dump a can of chickpeas into a strainer and wash off. Pat dry with a paper towel and spread them out on a greased cookie sheet. Spray the chickpeas with oil and shake garlic salt to your taste over them. Place in 400° oven and keep turning them and adding garlic salt if you feel necessary. Usually take about 20 minutes to get them good and crunchy.
Notes  Chickpeas are all protein and taste great!! The only problem is that they get mushy after a day or two. Keep what you don't eat in a sealed Tupperware container.
