Ingredients  
  • 6 egg whites
  • 6 slices deli ham or turkey
  • 1/4 cup lowfat mozzarella
  • 1/2 head romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped

Description  A filling salad.
Instructions  Mix ingredients and enjoy!
Notes  The problem with salads is that they either aren't very filling, or people add croutons and dressing to enhance the flavor. Adding protein to a salad helps fill you up without the empty calories and keeps you going throughout the day!!
