Ingredients  
  • 2 lbs. 94% fat-free ground beef, chicken, turkey or buffalo
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup super skim milk
  • 1/3 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • McCormick's meatloaf mix (lower in sodium than most)

Description  Crock pot meal.
Instructions  Mix all of the above ingredients together and shape into loaf form. Place in a crock pot and pour spaghetti sauce over it and bake for 8-10 hours. Pairs up great with a huge salad and makes a meal by itself!!
