Baby Name Contest
It's a girl!Fitness Factory members:  help us name our Fitness Factory baby!!  Lindsay is looking for the perfect name for her little girl and cannot decide on one.  If you can come up with the perfect name for her, and she uses it, we will give you a free month for you to either use for yourself or for a gift for someone else.

Names will be taken until May 31st.  Good luck!

New Classes at Fitness Factory

YogaDue to popular demand, we are again offering our Friday morning Yoga class!! Starting January 20th, Yoga Flow is offered at 10:30am! 

We are also offering, beginning February 1st, Silver and Fit Group Exercise!!  Classes are offered Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15-10:00am and participants can be seated or stand if able.

 
Introducing BOSU Ball
BOSU BallThis functional training class requires the participant to provide stability by using muscles and body awareness while resetting the user's center of gravity.  This unpredictable class will challenge the strongest of athletes and help the newest of exercisers be successful!!
 
FitTip

Women tend to be concerned with lifting weights. They are worried that they will get big and bulky. Not possible! Most women don't have it in their genes to get big. Women, go ahead and lift weights! Not only will you reshape your body, it will help you lose weight. Muscles burn more calories than body fat!
