Carey Stiller is one of the new owners of Fitness Factory. Graduating in 1995 from Lock Haven University, Carey has been teaching group exercise since the age of nineteen. After a stint as a personal trainer for Ron Jaworski of the Philadelphia Eagles, she moved back to Williamsport and became the Women’s Fitness Director for the Williamsport YMCA. Progressing in her fitness career, in 2001 she became the proud owner of her first gym, Fitness Unlimited in Lock Haven, PA. She currently owns Fitness Factory with Dan Pinnsoneault of Williamsport and is working with John Brookfield and Bally’s Fitness in introducing new exercise programs to the fitness industry.
Carey has participated in several fitness competitions, won her share of bench meets and has most recently competed in the Hyner View Challenge (a seventeen-mile run through the mountains of Renovo) with her fourteen-year-old son Brendan. She can be found on most evenings running on the bike path, lifting weights in Fitness Factory, or spending time with her family.
