Fitness Factory Golf Outing, September 14th Vintage Course at White Deer 8:20am start
Full body workout based around your stroller and your little one!! This class is 45 minutes long and will get your heart rate pumping without the need for a babysitter!! No more excuses - as long as you have a stroller you can participate but a jogging stroller is recommended. Classes held Wednesday's 4:15-5:00 and Saturdays 11:15am-noon outside on the turf, $10 per class or $65 per month.

Class description: All the hard work of mixed martial arts training without the need to hit anyone or have a partner. This class is 30-45 minutes in length and will give you a new appreciation on getting in tip top shape!
Class space is limited and gloves are needed. Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $28 a pair.

Are supplements important? The word supplements means "in addition to." What you should try to do is eat a well balanced diet. If you diet is lacking in anything, add a supplement to complete your diet. Adding a protein supplement may help if you are trying to increase your muscle mass. A multivitamin is important if you are not fulfilling your daily requirement.
