Full body workout based around your stroller and your little one!! This class is 45 minutes long and will get your heart rate pumping without the need for a babysitter!! No more excuses - as long as you have a stroller you can participate but a jogging stroller is recommended. Classes held Wednesday's 4:15-5:00 and Saturdays 11:15am-noon outside on the turf, $10 per class or $65 per month.

Class description: All the hard work of mixed martial arts training without the need to hit anyone or have a partner. This class is 30-45 minutes in length and will give you a new appreciation on getting in tip top shape!
Class space is limited and gloves are needed. Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $28 a pair.

Make a healthy eating change for your whole family. Are you trying to watch what you eat and cooking two different meals a night (one for you and one for your family)? Why isn't your whole family eating better? Prepare your meals with lots of fruits and vegetables. Make your children drink milk instead of soda. Choose whole grain bread and brown rice for your starches. Chicken and fish are great sources of protein. If you don't buy junk, no one can eat it!
