New Classes at Fitness Factory

YogaDue to popular demand, we are again offering our Friday morning Yoga class!! Starting January 20th, Yoga Flow is offered at 10:30am! 

We are also offering, beginning February 1st, Silver and Fit Group Exercise!!  Classes are offered Wednesdays and Fridays 9:15-10:00am and participants can be seated or stand if able.

BOSU BallThis functional training class requires the participant to provide stability by using muscles and body awareness while resetting the user's center of gravity.  This unpredictable class will challenge the strongest of athletes and help the newest of exercisers be successful!!
 
Tag Team Training

Tag Team TrainingFitness Factory and In Balance

TAG TEAM TRAINING!!

For a fee of $40 you will get a 1/2 hour personal training session and a 1/2 hour pilates session to give you a complete workout.

Workout will be scheduled back-to-back sessions with the trainers from each business communicating with each other to give you just what you need.
