Thank you to all of our generous members that were so kind to donate this holiday season! We raised over $140 for the SPCA with our Master Class, had donations of gift cards, office supplies, kitten litter, stamps, and dog treats and toys, and food brought in as well. Larry Woltz was kind enough to haul all of our gifts to the SPCA (after he participated in our Master Class) and the SPCA owes him a debt of gratitude for his efforts to keep our furry friends safe. Full body workout based around your stroller and your little one!! This class is 45 minutes long and will get your heart rate pumping without the need for a babysitter!! No more excuses - as long as you have a stroller you can participate but a jogging stroller is recommended. Classes held Mondays from 5:15 to 6:00pm outside on the turf; cost is $10 per class.

Class description: All the hard work of mixed martial arts training without the need to hit anyone or have a partner. This class is 30-45 minutes in length and will give you a new appreciation on getting in tip top shape!
Class space is limited and gloves are needed. Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $28 a pair.
