GolfFitness Factory Members:   please join us for our first annual Fitness Factory Golf Outing  September 14th, 2014.

Location:  Vintage Course at White Deer     Time:  8:20am start

Fees:  $26 White Deer members   $54 non White Deer members    Space limited, sign up today!

For those that don't want to golf but still want to hang out with us, lunch is being served at Mulligans at a cost of $8 per person: hot dogs/hamburgers/baked beans/coleslaw/potato salad/strawberry shortcake/soda/coffee.

Tons of fun with the Fitness Factory staff!  Hope to see you all there!
 
Mighty Mom's Stroller Class
Mighty Mom's Stroller ClassFull body workout based around your stroller and your little one!!  This class is 45 minutes long and will get your heart rate pumping without the need for a babysitter!! No more excuses - as long as you have a stroller you can participate but a jogging stroller is recommended.  Classes held Wednesday's 4:15-5:00 and Saturdays 11:15am-noon outside on the turf, $10 per class or $65 per month.

Cage Fitness

Cage FitnessNew at Fitness Factory: Cage Fitness!

Class description:  All the hard work of mixed martial arts training without the need to hit anyone or have a partner.  This class is 30-45 minutes in length and will give you a new appreciation on getting in tip top shape!

Class space is limited and gloves are needed.  Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $28 a pair.

Speed to WinFitness Factory is taking our training to the next level!  Poke your head outside and check out our new Speed to Win Sports Training Complex.
 
We've added 6000 square feet of NextTurf and are taking our Speed to Win and Variable Resistance Training outside.  Look for additional specialty classes such as, Hula Dancing, Hula Hooping, and more!!
 
FitTip

Cross training is a good way to keep challenging your body to get in better shape. Try to have a variety of cardiovascular exercise and you will see quicker results than staying with the same cardiovascular program.
