Having a hard time finding enough hours in the day to work out and juggle work and kids? If so, bring your kids along for your workout. You will get your heart rate pumping for a full body workout all while you interact with your little one. Class will be held outside so please dress yourself and your children appropriately! We will be moving throughout the park/neighborhood so a stroller is recommended unless your child is old enough to join us.
