Members' Yard Sale at the Factory
Yard SaleThe Fitness Factory members are having a yard sale August 15th from 7am to noon!! The members collaborated and are all bringing their gently used items to make some extra dough for the fall.  Feel free to stop in and check it out!
 
New in September: Core Zone
Core ZoneComing in September:  Fitness Factory Core Zone!!  This will be a 30-45 minute class designed to trim the middle section and get you the abs you've been looking for!!
 
Coming in October: Powerlifting Fundraiser
PowerlifterOctober 24th we are hosting a powerlifting meet, the biggest one of the year!!  This is a fundraiser for a little one that has eye cancer.  We are going to donate ALL of the proceeds to her family to help with expenses. Donations will be taken at the door and we hope all give what they can!

Speed to WinFitness Factory is taking our training to the next level!  Poke your head outside and check out our Speed to Win Sports Training Complex.
 
We've added 6000 square feet of NextTurf and are taking our Speed to Win and Variable Resistance Training outside!!
 
Run for Fun!

RunningComing in May: Run for Fun!

This 45-minute class will give you the option of running or walking with hopes we will have you putting miles on your sneakers by the end of the summer!  We will incorporate safe running techniques, weight bearing stations, and visits from Dincher (the owner's running companion).  All levels are welcome!! 

 
FitTip

Cross training is a good way to keep challenging your body to get in better shape. Try to have a variety of cardiovascular exercise and you will see quicker results than staying with the same cardiovascular program.
