Weight classes:  Teen:  132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, heavyweight.
Female geared and raw:  114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, heavyweight.
Men geared and raw:  132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, heavyweight.

Individual awards:  1st through 3rd (each weight class)-sculptured trophies
Fees and divisions:  $25 Teen for bench or deadlift, $40 for Ironman
$35 female and male geared and or raw for bench or deadlift, $60 for Ironman

Spectator fee:  $3 for adults,/ children $1/ children under 10 free
Deadline:  Entry forms receivde by June 28 receive a free tee shirt
Registration forms can be picked up at Fitness Factory Front desk.
 
Cage Fitness

Class description:  All the hard work of mixed martial arts training without the need to hit anyone or have a partner.  This class is 30-45 minutes in length and will give you a new appreciation on getting in tip top shape!

Class space is limited and gloves are needed.  Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $28 a pair.

We've added 6000 square feet of NextTurf and are taking our Speed to Win and Variable Resistance Training outside.  Look for additional specialty classes such as, Hula Dancing, Hula Hooping, and more!!
