Start Time:  10:00am

Weight classes:  Teen:  132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, heavyweight.
Female geared and raw:  114, 123, 132, 148, 165, 181, heavyweight.
Male geared and raw:  132, 148, 165, 181, 198, 220, 242, 275, heavyweight.

Individual awards:  1st through 3rd (each weight class)
 
Fees and divisions:  $25 Teen for bench or deadlift, $40 for Ironman
$35 female and male geared and or raw for bench or deadlift, $60 for Ironman

Spectator fee:  $3 for adults,/ children $1/ children under 10 free
 
Mighty Mom's Stroller Class
Mighty Mom's Stroller ClassFull body workout based around your stroller and your little one!!  This class is 45 minutes long and will get your heart rate pumping without the need for a babysitter!! No more excuses - as long as you have a stroller you can participate but a jogging stroller is recommended.  Classes held Mondays from 5:15 to 6:00pm outside on the turf; cost is $10 per class.

Cage Fitness

Cage FitnessNew at Fitness Factory: Cage Fitness!

Class description:  All the hard work of mixed martial arts training without the need to hit anyone or have a partner.  This class is 30-45 minutes in length and will give you a new appreciation on getting in tip top shape!

Class space is limited and gloves are needed.  Gloves can be purchased at the front desk for $28 a pair.

Speed to WinFitness Factory is taking our training to the next level!  Poke your head outside and check out our Speed to Win Sports Training Complex.
 
We've added 6000 square feet of NextTurf and are taking our Speed to Win and Variable Resistance Training outside.  Look for additional specialty classes such as, Hula Dancing, Hula Hooping, and more!!

Having a heard time getting into the exercise groove? Group exercise is a great way to get involved and to enjoy working out. Group exercises like aerobics make you accountable to others and gives you access to a motivator, the instructor. With all of the variety in an aerobics class, you can't go wrong!
