Brendan's Fit Furballs
I need a walk!Looking to work out? Does your dog need walked? If you answered yes to these questions bring your dog to Brendan's Fit Furballs!! While you workout, Brendan will take your dog for a 30- to 45-minute walk.  
I need a walk!
  •  Treats will be provided.
  •  Water will be provided.
  •  There will be balls and frisbees to play with.
  •  While you take advantage of a class or just exercise on your own, Brendan will take your 4-legged loved one for some exercise!

  • Available after school 4:30-6:00pm with more time slots available during the summer. Call 322-2348 for more info, or stop by Fitness Factory's front desk!

New at Fitness Factory: Speed to Win!! This sports-specific training program promises to deliver results for the novice athlete up through the strongest competitor!! Our program is a hands-on coached training program with software and exercises to back it up. Classes will be offered to sports teams based on their specific sports goals, as well as individual training programs.

Are supplements important? The word supplements means "in addition to." What you should try to do is eat a well balanced diet. If you diet is lacking in anything, add a supplement to complete your diet. Adding a protein supplement may help if you are trying to increase your muscle mass. A multivitamin is important if you are not fulfilling your daily requirement.
