In honor of Larry Woltz

Larry WoltzJune 11th, we are going to be a Fund Drive drop off for the SPCA and Beckoning Cat Project in honor of Larry Woltz.


Donations of money, blankets, towels, bleach, laundry detergents, dog and cat food, pee pads, and non-clumping cat litter.  We are having the final day being on June 11th; anyone that drops off items that day will be put in a drawing for a six-month membership to Fitness Factory. We will also have a two-hour Master Class that day, and take donations that day.

We now offer a  class on Sundays called FitFaith.  Come exercise your faith with us Sunday at 3:00pm-- a half hour of exercise and a half hour of fellowship!!

 
Combat Fitness Challenge

 Our intern Garrit will be hosting a combat fitness challenge on the 29th of April.  It will consist of run, bear crawl, weighted drag and carry your way through a modified version of the USM Combat Fitness Test and test your endurance, agility, and mental toughness!! 

When:  April 29th, at 8:00am, 1:00pm, and 6:00pm....

We will be open from 7:00-10:00am only on Memorial Day, May 30th.  Please take a moment to reflect on the real meaning of this holiday and remember those who sacrificed all for the freedoms we enjoy today.

 
FitTip

Feel like you're getting burnt out from working out? Take a week off. There is nothing wrong with letting your body rest for a week (just as long as you don't quit exercise all together!). Your body is probably due for a break and you will see significant gains from taking that time off when you get back into your exercise swing.
