We will be closing at 5:00pm Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, and we will be closed Christmas Day.
Thank you to all of the participants, members, and spectators for making our IPA Bench meet on October 31st a success!! We were able to raise over $800 for Courtney Grimes to help defray costs due to her battle with cancer. Are supplements important? The word supplements means "in addition to." What you should try to do is eat a well balanced diet. If you diet is lacking in anything, add a supplement to complete your diet. Adding a protein supplement may help if you are trying to increase your muscle mass. A multivitamin is important if you are not fulfilling your daily requirement.
