Black Friday (23rd): 6:00, 8:15, 9:15, and 10:30am classes only.

Thanksgiving Hours
Turkey
 
We will be open Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd, from 7:00 to 10:00am and will have a Holiday Gut Buster class 8:00 to 9:00am. 
 
We will be open regular hours on Black Friday, November 23rd, and there will be no classes after 10:30 (no cycling at lunch or 4:15 class that day).
 
New Summer Classes at Fitness Factory!
Tough MudderFlyte Fitness:  Incorporating the Core Flyte discs we will be hitting the core and the entire body in a way that will challenge you physically unlike any class you've taken before. It's only 30 minutes but promises to give lasting results!!

Tough Mudder Training: Ever want to try a Tough Mudder?  Incorporate this class for the summer and you'll be ready. Plenty of bootcamp style workouts that will reinvigorate your fitness regimen!!
 
Special Olympics Power Lifting Team
The team won multiple silver medals in their first trip to Villinova University Fall Fest. Great job Eric, Richie, and Nevin!

Special Olympics

Starting May 9th, Fitness Factory will be holding Special Olympics powerlifting on Tuesdays at 7:30pm! Any interested coaches feel free to contact Carey.
