Speed to WinFitness Factory is taking our training to the next level!  Poke your head outside and check out our Speed to Win Sports Training Complex.
 
We've added 6000 square feet of NextTurf and are taking our Speed to Win and Variable Resistance Training outside!!
 
Mighty Moms Bootcamp
Mighty MomsHaving a hard time finding enough hours in the day to work out and juggle work and kids? If so, bring your kids along for your workout. You will get your heart rate pumping for a full body workout all while you interact with your little one. Class will be held outside so please dress yourself and your children appropriately! We will be moving throughout the park/neighborhood so a stroller is recommended unless your child is old enough to join us.

6-week session – June 20th – July 27th
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30-6:30 pm

FitFaith

We now offer a  class on Sundays called FitFaith.  Come exercise your faith with us Sunday at 3:00pm-- a half hour of exercise and a half hour of fellowship!!
