Speed to WinFitness Factory is taking our training to the next level!  Poke your head outside and check out our Speed to Win Sports Training Complex.
 
We've added 6000 square feet of NextTurf and are taking our Speed to Win and Variable Resistance Training outside!!
 
New Class... FitFaith!

FitFaith

We now offer a  class on Sundays called FitFaith.  Come exercise your faith with us Sunday at 3:00pm-- a half hour of exercise and a half hour of fellowship!!

 
Run for Fun!

RunningComing in June: Run for Fun!

This 45-minute class will give you the option of running or walking with hopes we will have you putting miles on your sneakers by the end of the summer!  We will incorporate safe running techniques, weight bearing stations, and visits from Dincher (the owner's running companion).  All levels are welcome!!
